BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK

We try our best to keep all of our products in stock, however if you order a product that is currently out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. At that time you can choose to keep your request on backorder, cancel or change your order.

RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE

Beauty Code loves the products that we carry for you and we hope you do too! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please call or email us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on opened products. Should you be concerned about any product, please do ask us and we will send you a full list of the ingredients.

Exchange of Credit Note

All purchases, except for those mentioned above, can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days, accompanied with original store receipt.  Shipping for the return of items is the responsibility of customer.

We do our best to represent the colours of the products that we carry on the web, however different monitors will display colour differently. If you have any questions about a colour, please call or email us and we will do our best to help you choose the colour that is right for you.
